Renovated! Our family's condo is a spacious 2-bedroom, 2-bathroom condo featuring two king beds, a queen air mattress, a full kitchen, and a patio is a great place to relax. Located just minutes from the 76 Strip right in the heart of Branson, with all the excitement and activity of the area close by. When you're done with the fun, you can return to the peaceful Foothills, and enjoy our indoor/outdoor pools, hot tub and fitness areas. Wifi, cable, laundry and a stocked kitchen are all included.

Main Floor At The Rustic Cabin

Come enjoy main level living at The Rustic Cabin! (You will have the entire cabin to yourself. The upstairs will be unaccessible. NO ONE else will be staying at the property.) The Cabin has been in the family since it was built. This is a true log cabin located on a quiet street. Enjoy the tranquility and watch the wildlife as they scurry around the property from either the wonderful front porch swing or the beautiful patio out back complete with a hot tub! Private, but close to everything.

Spring Valley Ranch Rock House

This quaint farmhouse is located just off of MO Hwy 72 on a 62 acre farm nestled against the Castor River. Here you and your companion(s) can experience the quiet and relaxing life on a farm with plenty of adventure awaiting just around the bend. Sit and enjoy a sip of coffee or tea on the front porch while watching the cattle graze the pasture across the road next to a rustic white barn or venture about 3 miles to the largest privately owned lake in Madison County. "Heaven" ( 1,512 sq ft, 7 ac) sits on a bluff overlooking the Osage river. An open home with huge full length windows and a sun room provides abundant natural lighting. Two porches offer views over the river and to the woods. A soaker tub and sauna are situated in the cabin with a view to the sunset. The cabin is at the end of a secluded forest road. A locked garage is available for parking small cars. Drive: 15-20 min to Linn for supplies / 30 min to Jeff City / 5 min to public river access.
