Our apartment is more than just a place to stay. Individual, cozy and with attention to detail. On the edge of Franconian Switzerland, in the charming village of Obernsees, a little time out with a lot of heart awaits you. Whether it's an active vacation or relaxation - this is your perfect retreat. Bedroom, sofa bed, fully equipped kitchen and bathroom with shower and toilet. Parking space near the house and terrace for shared use. Franconian Switzerland is ideal for climbing and hiking!

In just a 7-minute walk you are at the train, in 20 minutes in Nuremberg.

Pure nature enjoyment at the edge of the forest! A fantastic place to recharge and rest, but there are also no limits to many sporting activities. The property is located a little off the beaten track at the end of the village. In the immediate vicinity there are climbing rocks, hiking trails and a river for kayaking. Cyclists and motorcyclists will also get their money's worth. All over the property there are 2 vacation homes with private, separate outdoor areas. Free parking at the house.

Hiking, biking, climbing and culture in Franconia

Apartment, on the first floor, two open sleeping areas (no closed rooms) climbing roof, balconies in all directions. A steep staircase leads to the sleeping roof! However, the double sofa bed is in the lower living area. Garden area with fireplace, outdoor sauna. Fully equipped kitchen, with gas stove. Spices are available, but you have to bring your own coffee. In summer, the service water is heated via the solar system. It may take some time for the heating to start when it is cloudy.

Die Unterkunft ist sehr geräumig, befindet sich in ruhiger Lage umgeben von Hühnern, Schafen, Pferden, Lamas und Alpakas. Ideal zum Wandern und Radfahren, separater Eingang, eigene Terrasse, keine Treppe, Parkplatz bzw. Carport, gemütlicher kleiner Wellnessbereich, Autobahn in 7 km erreichbar, Freizeitmöglichkeiten in der Nähe. Funpark, Schwimmbad, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in wenigen Auto- Minuten erreichbar. Auch eine Ladestation für E-Autos ist vorhanden.
