There is thought and love behind every little detail. The house isn't perfect, there is raw wood, some things aren't finished, the furniture is vintage and may appear worn but if you look past that, you will find that everything there has its own story and that this house is made for the big things: sunrises, ocean dreaming and full-moons

Cape Point Mountain Getaway - Cottage

This is one of Cape Town's environmental and historic treasures. It is a candle-lit hideaway with stunning views of mountain and sea. The Cottage is completely off grid, with fresh water coming off the mountain and energy from the sun. The cottage is built from local materials - stone walls, reed ceilings, blue gum supports. There are glass doors and windows throughout the cottage. The cottage has a beautiful open-plan bedroom and bathroom. The bathroom includes a tub, a toilet and a basin.

The downstairs double bedrooms share a bathroom and the front bedroom has beautiful sea views. While the downstairs deck is great for sundowners. Situated 45 minutes from Cape Town’s city centre.

Lantern Tides beach bungalow Smitswinkel Bay

This is the newest and best kitted out beach bungalow out of the 26 in the private nature reserve of Smitswinkel Bay, near Cape Point. A perfect barefoot holiday spot for reconnecting. Off grid, with solar powered fridge, gas appliances and candles and solar lamps at night. Built in braai on the deck and cozy wood stove inside. The architect-designed bungalow is spectacular with views from every angle and is beautifully decorated and kitted out. Great swimming and snorkelling!

Our studio apartment opens up onto a 40sq meter balcony with a panoramic view of the Hout Bay Valley and the Helderberg mountains beyond. Large sliding doors disappear into the walls creating an unimpeded indoor/outdoor flow while the elevated position protects your privacy. The open plan bathroom faces onto an enclosed secret garden which includes a frame-less glass shower. The unit has a fully equipped kitchenette and is serviced daily except weekends and public holidays.

The Scarborough Loft is a stylish, light-filled self-catering apartment with breathtaking sea and mountain views. Shanglira is set on 3 levels with 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms ! The fourth bedroom and bathroom being a separate flatlet ! Pool decks , sunsets , barbecues etc are what you want here! Fully equipped kitchen with coffee machines washing machine tumble dryer dishwasher ! Bathrooms all have shower gels etc for you also free unlimited purified water! Pl remember we have doggie beds as well xx NO pets live on the property! But yours are welcome
