Quietly located, the property offers direct access to public transport (stops in all directions about 500 m away), short distances to downtown Zittau (walking time about 10 min), direct access to the local recreation area Olbersdorfer See (walking time about 15 min) and connection to the narrow-gauge railway in the Zittau Mountains Nature Park (walking time about 10 min)

The apartment on the top floor is truly unique. It is located on the second floor and and the entire place has been restored to original building. The original roof wooden frame, exposed brickwork, original flooring, fully functional wooden stove helps you to imagine what people lived like at the beginning of last century. The main living area is facing the front of the house and therefor you will find a view on the town square, town house and the famous basalt rock “Jehla”.

Welcome to our 250 years old house, where we turned an old barn into a guest room with small kitchen corner and a private bathroom. Our apartment also has a separate entrance, so full privacy is guaranteed. Private parking. Liberec is just 20 mins drive, Zittau center 15 mins, Jizera mountains 30 mins, Luzice mountains 15 mins. Many interesting places within 30 mins drive. Cycling track just in the village, great cross country skiing tracks and ski slopes within 30mins.

The stairs are a bit steep. There is a garden, where you can also relax and watch chickens.
