Our house is located directly on the edge of the forest in idyllic tranquility, but is super connected. The bike path and the cross-country ski trail are right at the property. "Smaragdbahn" Wildkogel is within 5 minutes' reach. The studio is located in the lower part of the house with a separate entrance and directly connected carport. Your skis or bicycles also fit in there. We have furnished our lovingly furnished mini apartment mainly for our family visit and rent the periods in between.

We are surrounded by skiing areas: Zell am See-Schmittenhöhe, Kaprun-Kitzsteinhorn, Kitzbühel, Saalbach-Hinterglemm and Leogang. In addition, the Krimml Waterfalls and the Grossglockner High Alpine Road are close. The apartment is situated on the bottom floor of the farmhouse. Our small apartment offers the perfect starting point to discover Krimml and the entire Zillertal. It is located in the middle of the village - a supermarket, restaurants and a bakery are within walking distance. The Krimml Waterfalls are only a 10-minute walk away. The ski bus to the Zillertal stops about 5 minutes walk. By car you need approx. 10 minutes to the nearest lift. A freely accessible ski cellar is located in the house.

Our house is right next to the Mittersill National Park Center and offers a beautiful view of the surrounding mountains. 5 minutes' walk to the city center and right at the ski bus stop. It is a good starting point for excursions, hikes and mountain tours. For cyclists, we are right on the Tauern Cycling Path.
