The interiors are decorated in a contemporary style, where neutral colours and original works of art combine with the rustic effect of the wood finishes. The high ceilings provide a great sense of light and space. The living room has a set of double-glazed windows overlooking the Alhambra. Furnished with a large sofa, coffee table and TV. The living room has direct access to the first terrace, which has a dining table and chairs. Views from the terrace of the Alhambra and the Cathedral. There's an additional living room on the second floor, with 2 sofa beds and a TV. The dining room has a large table and chairs for 10 people and is next to the kitchen, which is fully equipped with all the main high-quality utensils and appliances. Highlights: oven, washer-dryer, dishwasher, fridge and freezer. Three rooms. There are two double bedrooms and one twin room. Each of the double rooms has a king-size double bed (180 x 200 cm - US Queen size). The single beds are 90 x 200 cm. All the rooms have fitted wardrobes and access to two terraces with garden furniture and views of the Alhambra. Three bathrooms. Two bathrooms with whirlpool baths and one bathroom with a bathtub. The apartment has central air conditioning (hot/cold), double glazing and underfloor heating. Free Wi-Fi Internet access. There is no direct access to the apartment by lift. Upon entering the apartment, on the right, you'll find the main terrace with a private swimming pool, which can be used all year round (not heated). The pool terrace is furnished with garden furniture: a table, chairs, a parasol and two sun loungers - a perfect place for a refreshing swim, sunbathing and enjoying the views.
