The sofa converts into a comfortable double bed in case of more guests. ATTENTION! NO kitchen, washing machine and TV, not suitable for long stays Possibility of outdoor parking.

Parcheggio gratuito in Via Rainusso, a pochi minuti a piedi dalla casa. Parcheggio a pagamento sotto casa. Non c'è cucina ma sono presenti caffettiera elettrica, frigo, bollitore, microonde e fornello elettrico, quindi un piccolo angolo cottura (attrezzato con l'occorrente per cucinare). Colazione gratuita confezionata. Animali ammessi senza sovrapprezzo :)

The apartment is located in the beautiful Costa-Saragozza neighborhood 200 m. from the city walls.At 100 m. there are bus stops going to the city center or to the station. On foot in 5 min. you are immediately inside the walls between the gates of Sant'Isaia, San Felice and del Pratello streets. Equipped with an independent entrance. It's possible to parking near the apartment at 7 euros for day or in Municipal Parking(5 euros per day). There is breakfast for the first day of accommodation.

PrettyJewel attic is located on the third floor of a small building inside a private hamlet. It is located in front of the Bologna Borgo Panigale station. It is therefore connected to Bologna Centrale in just 6'! The beams characterize the attic which is illuminated and ventilated on three sides. 60 sm of pure comfort where you will find everything you need! È raggiungibile anche in macchina, e a 30 metri ha ampio parcheggio a pagamento. Check-in e check-out flessibili, dipendono dagli ospiti in uscita (check out prima delle 11 per chi esce, check in dalle 13 in poi per chi entra). It is located just outside the walls of the historic center (exit 6 of the ring road), 1km from the central station, 400m from Villa Erbosa, 2.3km from the trade fair complex, 1.2km from via Indipendenza (the city centre) in Only 2 ring road exits from the airport.
