It is very difficult to find a reliable landlord in the economy segment in this city - Monique & Jürgen & Francois are very nice exceptions here. Very professional approach, perfect communication, the flat is very well designed and equipped, serving all the practical needs you have in a short time stay. Maximally recommended, would not look for another place if return to Vienna.

Excellent communication with Stefan who accompanied us and gives the key to the apartment at the late hour we arrived, 01 am. Thank you for everything Stefan! It is not exactly close to the center of Vienna but it has everything you could need for accommodation. You benefit from underground parking. We only stayed one night unfortunately, the apartment is modern, clean, airy, smells very good, has a living room with kitchenette equipped with everything you need, 2 bathrooms, toilet articles, towels, 2 bedrooms- all clean. In the fridge you can find juices/beer, something to nibble on, and decent prices are displayed on its door. I slept excellently, perfect mattress and pillows. Exceeded expectations! 300 m away is the Billa supermarket.

The apartment was very clean and organized. The neighborhood was quiet and the rooms were very spacious. We went with a 6 year old and a 4 month old, both boys. The oldest loved the bunk beds and the view, and nobody came knocking on our door when our youngest woke up in the middle of the night for his feeding. Will definitely try to book the same place when I come back to town.

This was the best choice we could have made for our trip. Everything was perfect from the moment we checked in. Having a dedicated parking spot in the garage was a huge plus. The elevator in the building made it easy to bring up our luggage. The apartment size was just right for us — there was space to sleep, work, and eat comfortably. The location turned out to be great as well. It only takes 15 minutes by local train to reach the city center, which is simply amazing. We managed to do a lot in just three days. Thank you, Rene!

We had a very nice stay at Armin's place. He is a very kind and accommodating host. The apartment was very nice and we lacked nothing. We were even provided with a second parking spot in the underground parking lot. We'd love to come back any time.

I can absolutely recommend Zvezdana‘s apparent. I really enjoyed the thoughtful interior decoration that made me feel at home instantly. Super cozy and great atmosphere. It’s located right in front of a busstop and next to a few big supermarkets. The bed is super comfortable and was my favorite part of it. No issues at all and Communication with Szezdana was clear, easy and very friendly. I would definitely book again.

Super flat in quiet neighbourhood with kind and helpful host.

Everything was like described. The apartment is really cute and close to the center of the city. The only disadvantage for me is that there were stains at the couch, but other than that everything was ok!

It’s a very solid peaceful place if you want to have a shorter stay in Vienna! Extremely helpful to have the parking available. No issues at all and recommend the place.

Amazing place, clean and lovely. The beds were big and super comfortable, had an amazing sleep. The location was really good, there is a off road secured parking 5 minutes walk from it that was really cheap. Also the subway is 5 minutes walk from the flat and then only 10 minutes ride to city centre. The host was amazing and super helpful with all the info we needed. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend :)

Good accessibility from the subway on foot and thus quickly downtown. Big balcony. I would book the place again.

Individual accommodation with charm. Well-equipped kitchen, very comfortable, large mattress, large bathtub with bubbly. If you want to watch movies/series or something, it's best to bring an adapter for the computer (HDMI comes out of the wall and is connected to the projector. Within walking distance, there is a bus and tram. (Line two we recommend because it is above ground and you can see so much). Since we arrived very early, we also got permission to plug in earlier, which we found very friendly. Unfortunately, we had problems opening the door, but after the phone call with AirBnB support, this worked out too. Overall a very positive experience. We enjoyed our time in Vienna very much.
