The morning sun wakes you up in the lovingly renovated and equipped Garçonnière with anteroom, closet space, bathroom with shower/toilet, and a living/sleeping room. The kitchen is separated. Our accommodation is located on the ground floor of our family house in a quiet but publicly accessible suburb of Vienna. The station to the local train is 5 minutes walking distance away where you can change to a subway in 20 minutes in Vienna or go directly to the Vienna Opera House. Not only visitors of Vienna but also those of the Thermenregion with its health resorts (Baden), vineyards, wine taverns and castles will find our family-friendly accommodation very well located.

The house is owned by an Italian/Austrian family and very charming. Extremely quiet area with a garden view and the possibility to use the park/garden.
