We loved our stay here and hope to stay again. Jadyn and Verna were amazing hosts and thought ahead about everything we might need. Their place was clean and beautiful and the perfect place to relax and rest after a long day of fun.

I loved the place and it's amenities. It has kitchen supply, so no need to bring your own except if you don't want to use black plastics. It has a broom but not a mop, meaning you will have to carry your baby rug or sanitize the floor if your baby is super active like most of them. We enjoyed our stay it's so close to camping sites. PS: call in advance if you are going to the sate park caming sites; it was booked. They offered jillions of bath towels which was amazing. They will charge you a $250 down deposit, but they will give it back when nothing is broken when checking out.

This place delivered on our one month stay there! We also own an airbnb so we are pretty particular about where we stay. It is so spacious and was perfect when we had additional guests staying in the casita. The deck was awesome with its amazing views of the golf course and surroundings - loved watching people tee off and also finish up on #9. The hosts were terrifically responsive to all our questions. You will not be disappointed to book this place!

The condo was perfect. Great location. Easy to find. We wanted something different than the craziness of Vegas, and this was it for us. The place is comfortable, clean, and well appointed. Robynn was a great host and communicated well.

Exactly as described and worked perfectly for 3 generations of family to have room to spread out. Right by the pool was nice for the little ones. Would stay again!

We loved the condos accessibility to everything! The pool was literally steps away from the outside patio. Additionally, the condo is within walking distance to the bridge, channel and Kokomos Beach Club where you can grab a good drink and order some great pizza from Romano’s. Would definitely stay here again.

It was so comfortable to stay in Lorraine's place. You will not regret at all.

It definitely felt just right like at home. I would definitely stay here again! Lovely condo and surroundings were peaceful! There’s a pool in the community but of course we have the river which we end up going to the community park. This place was amazing for me and my family we definitely stayed somewhere comfortable quiet and peaceful. There are restaurants near by you can walk it too but faster in car. Only one small little con wasn’t too much of a big deal but the ac in the condo we had to keep turning it down so it can stay cool in the condo we definitely went during hot weather time. But we all kept taking turns turning it.

Ryan has a wonderful place. The view of the bridge and the lake is the best part. The interior is very welcoming and comfortable. Easy to get to and instructions were thorough. Ryan was very responsive and helpful. We were able to charter a pontoon and they picked us up right in front of the condo. Will definitely be back next time and would highly recommend.

We had a great trip to Mesquite! The condo was FAR nicer than a hotel and much more comfortable to come back and relax. Thanks for a great stay!

Excellent location to the park, restaurants, etc. Pool and hot tub literally outside the patio. Needs some updating on appliances, countertops etc. for the amount charged. Better communication about the HOA rules for guests.

Perfect spot for us. Close to the park. Walkable and near our friends. We would certainly come back. Pickleball courts need a little work. Would love to have a nightstand next to the bed. Otherwise, we felt the condo was spacious, well equipped and very comfortable.

We came to paul and karen for the Thanksgiving holiday and to visit my mother who lives close by . The goal was to escape the holiday/family craziness at our leizure and also have a comfy quiet retreat. That's exactly what we got! It was very comfortable and accomodating, my daughter appreciated the washer and dryer, my fiance the comfy bed and i was happy with a good recliner and full channel tv. Trying to organize 14 people at a restaurant on Thanksgiving is stressful and paul and karens place worked out perfect. I definitely recommend it. For the price, it cant be beat.

Great place to stay. Close to the lake, clean quiet and comfortable. We had our waverunners so the parking was perfect for the little trailer. Not sure how our big boat would do in the parking lot, but its great for a small boat or waverunner trailer.
