Our family enjoyed our stay at this home. We would definitely consider staying here again for our next visit to Lake Havasu. The owners were very quick to respond when we had questions. The home is well stocked, clean, and had lots to do. Our family especially enjoyed the ping pong/pool table, hot tub, and Pac-Man! It was a very comfortable stay, and I would recommend this home to others.

Everything was as listed. Easy to find and very easy checking in. Host was very responsive and friendly throughout the stay. Home was very clean and had everything we needed to be comfortable. Was a great place to stay after a long day on the golf course! Would recommend and stay here again! The little bag of treats was a pleasant surprise too!!

A wonderful place! Super cosy house with great complimentary snacks and food! We especially loved the inclusion of all the board games and movies - UNO Flip was so much fun! We will definitely stay here again when possible!

Loved the home, beautiful kitchen and rooms. I booked it mostly for the outside, the pictures looked great except the furniture really needs to be replaced. It definitely needs some TLC. There's well over 50 pillows EVERYWHERE. I had to toss some to the side of the house. Our contact lady that came to help us twice was very kind and helpful. When the water fountain and lights didn't turn on, she fixed it right away. She went above and beyond. The owners of the house just need to sped some time on the patio. Things are getting old and destroyed by the sun. If a little time and money is spent on it, then it'll look a lot nicer and just be overall more of a resort feel. We thoroughly enjoyed ourselves regardless... Lots of palapa umbrellas around to create a lot of shade. The BBQ was also really nice and fairly clean. Enjoyed the amenities a lot. We would return if we decide to stay so far from downtown. Everything took 10+ mins to do something whether its shopping or launching a boat.

The place is perfect and it’s in a gorgeous area. I will stay here again. Thank you so much for making everything so easy to stay at such a beautiful home.

This is an amazing place to stay! Our host was quickly responsive and sent pictures and instructions when we couldn’t find the entrance to the private beach. So many local recommendations and overall a wonderful stay!

Beautiful, clean home with an amazing yard with pool. After a long day on the water it was amazing to jump in the pool to cool off. Will stay again!

This was a hidden gem of a place to stay if you’re looking to explore a few of the national parks. It was within 1-1 1/2 hour drive to Zion, Bryce Canyon, and the north rim of the Grand Canyon. It was also just outside of the small town of Kanab, which was a very cute little town with some great restaurants and shops. The house had a great setup, was very clean, had a lot of space, had a very well stocked kitchen with working appliances. It is very quiet and peaceful. It is attached to another home, but whoever lives there was not an issue. They seemed to mind their own business, and we never heard them if they were around. Michelle was very good at being responsive when we had questions, and also quick to help us out when we were trying to find things to do in the area. You also get a discount for some of the activities in the area just by staying there. I would definitely recommend this as a place to stay if you were looking for something centrally located and quiet.
