An Unforgettable Lake Havasu Retreat! I can’t say enough good things about this Airbnb—it was honestly the best stay I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, I felt completely at home. The place was spotless, and the hosts went above and beyond to make sure everything was perfect. They’d thought of every little detail, from the kitchen to cozy blankets and even extra towels for the jacuzzi and lake. The location couldn’t be better. It’s close enough to town that everything is just a short drive away, but it also feels wonderfully secluded and peaceful. Waking up each morning to views of Lake Havasu and the surrounding mountains was breathtaking. The outdoor area was a dream with plenty of seating, a BBQ grill, and even a fire pit for evenings under the stars. The house itself is spacious, beautifully decorated, and feels both modern and inviting. My room was well-appointed, the beds were super comfortable, and the WiFi was spot on💪 11 out of 10 for the attentiveness of the host!

Delano and Tracy’s beautifully appointed suite was a great home base for us. We only wish we could have stayed longer and enjoyed the pool and the wonderfully landscaped patio. Our hosts thought of every detail and the beds were wonderful. Impeccably clean and a convenient short drive to the waterfront, we would highly recommend this air B and B.

I extremely loved my stay. Scott is very friendly, welcoming and accommodating. It was fun to share our life stories . The place was super clean which really stood out to me and the place has a beautiful view as well. I would definitely recommend their place for pleasant, comfortable and peaceful stay.

Nadine’s place was great! Well spacious, and a few minutes away from to Lake Havasu State Park where my triathlon took place, but just far enough to be away from the lake crowd and Spring Breakers. Would definitely stay here again!

stayed a week. found everything to be a support and a comfort. bed is comfortable. shower has awesome volume. kitchen is capable of fixing meals. absolutely silent at night. enjoyed visiting with the host.

the location was gorgeous! the room was small and cozy, and the bed was super comfy! Samantha was quick to respond whenever I messaged her, and was very polite and friendly. the gentleman that was in charge of the area was very sweet and friendly as well! 10/10

This place was a whole lot bigger than we were expecting and it was nice and clean. We were pleasantly surprised. It was nice and comfy and definitely well worth the drive. My four year old granddaughter loved petting and feeding the horses and we loved seeing the cats and dogs around the property as well. We enjoyed our stay and my granddaughter says she can't wait to go back again.

Mom and I like to visit Lake Havasu City for Xmas last 3 years. Our usual location was booked so we decided on Kolleen's Casita, and we were very satisfied! The location is on the south side of town. We were not familiar with the area, but its quiet and feels safe. The Casita is very nice, from the kitchen to the bathroom it feels like its been updated recently. The separate bedroom and murphy bed layout was fantastic! Both beds are very comfy! Plenty of natural lighting with french doors and a sky light. With all the numerous amenities here, the price cannot be beat. The putting green was a nice touch. Kollen is very thorough and responds quickly to text messages. There are rules and guidelines posted everywhere. I find this refreshing as I'm detail oriented myself. We had a very good time. I think for us, we would prefer a location closer to town. However, we would consider Kolleen's Casita in the future!

First of all, Tara communicated very well. Her welcome message and response l, as expected of a great host, were timely. Now about the room, it was clean and tidy, with furniture and appliances well arranged and cleaned. It was quiet, and we enjoyed the place. The only minor issue we had was the fact that there was no iron in the room. Aside from that, everything was great! I highly recommend!

This is the second time I’ve stayed with Peter, he’s a great host and I love his home in the mountains! He is also super friendly and attentive, his space is clean and peaceful for quality rest. Highly recommended, and I’ll be back!
