Holiday rentals with outdoor seating in Moieciu

Iulian is a thoughtful and responsible host. He sent info with pictures and made it easy for us to find the property. He works in great partnership with his mother who lives on the property (same building but separate quarters and entrance). She was so gracious, receiving us with a smile at almost midnight! She was happy to share her olive oil with us and her hairdryer. Even brought over freshly made coffee for those who desired it. It was like we were staying with family. :) As for the property, it was perfect for our group: 1 couple and 2 families with kids ages 6-18. A rustic style mini-lodge in the countryside. Plenty of space indoors and outdoors for all. The snow added to the outdoor fun! Located just 4 minutes drive to the main town of Bran where there are shops and restaurants and, of course the Bran castle. And we adults were very impressed with the availability of hot showers for all of us! We are so grateful to you, Iulian, and your mother for hosting us!

We loved our stay here. It was a close drive to Bran, but was private. The place was perfect for a big group! Very clean and Marios was quickly responsive.

The house is perfect for a family with small children and the scenery is gorgeous.

Beautiful location right in the middle of the village of Bran. Couldn’t have asked for a better location than this. Close to everything.

Daniela’s place was exactly like in the description. The view is amazing and Daniela and her husband were really helpful with local suggestions and a bit of history. We would definitely come back

Magda was a great host, she was super responsive and responded to us every time in a friendly way, which made our stay even more enjoyable. We also received an agreement from her and she allowed us to do both the checkin and checkout earlier than the set times. The location is very nice,intimate, you can forget the problems and where you can relax. We enjoyed the game room in the basement maximum:)) The only aspect that could be improved is related to cleanliness – the bathrooms were properly sanitized, but otherwise, the cleanliness was more superficial, with dust and some neglected corners. Considering that a cleaning fee was included in the final price, we would have expected a higher level of cleanliness. However, we had a great time and definitely want to come back! Thank you!🤗

Ionut is a great guy, very friendly and helpful, we got greeted with some delicious romanian food specialties and drinks. If you are looking for a beautiful, quiet place to relax and recharge this is the place. This location is one of the best in the area

The place is wonderful. Every room has a bathroom inside and balcony. It s amazing. It is clean, the host and co host are very friendly and fast responsive. Everything was great ! We hope to return as soon as possible and we have saved this listing as our favorite place for when we want to visit Bran again. 100% recommended

The best part is the spectacular view from the terrace, and the little garden. The mountains are fully visible and there is a small river passing nearby. The place is easily reachable from the train station. We felt comfortable, with all the necessary items to make our stay enjoyable. Several touristic attractions are within walking distance and several hiking paths are just 20-40 minutes away.

We had a wonderful experience in the rented apartment in Poiana Brasov. The apartment was extremely clean and beautifully organized, just as we wanted. We were given clear and detailed instructions to find the parking and the apartment, which made everything very simple and stress free. We enjoyed good times at the pool and the kids had a great time at the playground. Everything was well thought out to provide us with a relaxing and comfortable stay. I highly recommend this place for a successful vacation in Poiana Brasov!

One of the best Airbnb's I've ever stayed in. I true oasis in the mountains of Sinaia. Super easy to get there from the station - we took a 5min Bolt for less than €3. We walked into town a few times & to Peles castle easily (about 15mins). House is really well set up to cook & relax there and the view is just spectacular.

Great apartment, but finding the parking spot turned into quite the hassle. We followed the host’s pictures and instructions to the parking spot but sent her a photo to double check we were in the right spot and she said no. We then spent the next 30 min with her repeatedly telling me we weren’t parked in the right spot in the photo even though all of her instructions kept sending me right there. Finally we were able to video call and I had her walk me to the spot and it was the spot we parked in originally that she insisted was incorrect 😅🤦‍♀️ not the end of the world but definitely not something you want to spend 30min doing at the end of a long day. But it’s great that it’s a reserved spot and not street parking :) Otherwise the apartment is lovely. The elevator was tight with two people and four suitcases but totally doable :) it’s located about 15-20 min to central Braşov.

A dream location, perfect for a relaxing vacation! The accommodation is spacious, clean and tastefully decorated and the view is absolutely spectacular. The host was extremely kind and welcoming, giving us a memorable experience. I highly recommend to anyone who wants a combination of comfort and tranquility.

The apartment is new and it was very clean. We felt at home here and we had everything we needed in the kitchen. Raul was very kind and he picked us up from the train. I would like to come again here, just to rest, go for a walk and see the surroundings. And the price is very very good taking into account the perfect conditions. Thank you again!🙏🏻

The accommodation is very close to the ski slopes, which we were particularly interested in. In the apartment we had all the desired comfort, space, light, view. The host was ready to contact us in no time when we had any concerns. Recommend!

The apartment is great, very bright and clean. Fully corresponds to the photo . The apartment has everything for a comfortable stay, a lot of dishes , towels, bedding . Huge terrace with incredible view. The neighborhood is just lovely , quiet . There is a large playground for children under the house. A big bonus is the availability of parking and a pantry. The host is very welcoming. We'd love to come back ! We recommend it to everyone))

Great studio close to the Slopes in Poiana Brașov! We've really enjoyed staying at Andrei's place and would come back anytime. The place was very clean and the fact that there's a washer-dryer was a life saver, especially after a full day of snowboarding! The only small inconvenience was the fact that the parking is not allocated, as it's on street parking, and if you arrive late it might take a few minutes to find a space. However, there's quite a few zones highlighted in the instructions, which ensures you will find a space, even if you might need to spend some time to find it.
