Charming 65 m2 basement apartment in a picturesque residential area in Mölndal, centrally located near Gothenburg. We make the beds and clean the apartment at no extra cost. There is a kitchen with a dishwasher and seating. There are 2-3 bedrooms, one with a comfortable double bed, one with two single beds. There is a single bed in the living room and an extra double bed in the large entrance room if needed. You live in the apartment, which is equipped with Wi-Fi. We welcome guests over 25 years of age. We hosts live upstairs.

Fireplace, timber walls, patio, charging box, parking can usually be resolved. The property is located at the foot of Störtfjället (63 stairs).
