Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

Five minutes walk to the UBB stop (staging baths, Greifswald, Stralsund )On foot the old harbor with museum ship, fish cart, canoe station, shipyard, ship moorings, boat rental and a boat equipment. Bicycle workshop, pharmacy and post office in the old town.

The vacation home Rosalie is a house built in 2015 on a beautiful garden plot of about 500 m². People who love nature and tranquility will feel comfortable here. The large living and dining room is south facing and well lit. The kitchen is very suitable for cooking. Bed and bath linens as well as kitchen towels are provided by the cleaning service for €20 per person, but you can also bring your own. A visitor's tax must be paid in addition.

Our small bungalow in Trassenheide is a true gem. 250 meters from the beach, you can relax here. It is modern and comfortably furnished, with everything you need for a relaxing vacation for two - bedroom, living room with dining area, mini bathroom & mini kitchen. A highlight is the large terrace, where you can have a cozy breakfast. ATTENTION: You must bring your own duvet covers, sheets, towels & tea towels. Self-cleaning on departure!

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

The apartment, which was lovingly renovated in the spring of 2020, is located on the first floor of a former manor house. It is an ideal retreat for couples or single guests. Many details reflect the charm of the old house, built in 1850, and yet there is no need to forego comfort. If you love a rustic ambiance paired with Scandinavian elements, this is the place to be, where the fox and crane say good night.

Cute little apartment, Our small apartment is in the attic of our house with a separate entrance. Bannemin is located in the north of the island of Usedom between Wolgast and Zinnowitz. From here you can start beautiful bike tours or walks into the hinterland. The nearest shopping is about 2 km away. The beach is about 3 km away. Unfortunately, there is no terrace, but you have the option to sit outside.

Our apartments are located on a south-west facing, over 1,000 sqm fenced garden property. The two modern and cozy houses built in the half-timbered style are located on a quiet residential street (dead end). The spacious garden with two barbecue areas and a weatherproof shelter, sun loungers and a lockable bicycle shed is available to all guests.

Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.
