Our wonderful Swedish house, lovingly called Birka, is ideal for families, with parents and grandparents, but also ideal for friendly couples. 2 separately usable living areas on the first floor/attic with 1 bathroom each are ideal for this. It is quietly located in a vacation home settlement, surrounded by birches, with reduced traffic. The fenced garden with sandbox and playground quickly lets you forget everyday life and a vacation mood arises. Outdoor deck chairs and seating area let you enjoy the sun.

Old town romance in front of Usedom

Our small apartment (44 m²) in the old town of Wolgast is looking forward to your visit :-) The apartment is centrally located between the harbor and the market. Restaurants, cafes and shopping are within walking distance. Free parking for smaller cars (quite narrow, up to size VW Golf) is right outside the front door. Larger cars can park for free in some parking lots in the old town. The Bäderbahn train runs not far from the apartment to Usedom Island, as well as bus connections.

We recommend the modern 30 m² apartment for 2 people with a child or 3 adults. However, it has a sofa bed and a guest bed, which can increase the occupancy by 1 person (on request). You can expect your own kitchen, a bathroom with shower and a living/sleeping area. The living area with its sofa bed and TV area offers enough space to enjoy relaxing evenings. The sleeping area is equipped with a double bed and a wardrobe.

Cute little apartment, Our small apartment is in the attic of our house with a separate entrance. Bannemin is located in the north of the island of Usedom between Wolgast and Zinnowitz. From here you can start beautiful bike tours or walks into the hinterland. The nearest shopping is about 2 km away. The beach is about 3 km away. Unfortunately, there is no terrace, but you have the option to sit outside.

Our child-friendly vacation home with spacious garden is located at Peenstrasse 24. Relax in the garden with garden furniture and barbecue. Your children can enjoy our children's playground with covered ping pong table, slide, playhouse, swing and sandbox. To our delight, we were connected to the Baltic Sea Cycle Route. Our house is very close to the city of Greifswald and the Hanseatic city of Stralsund is also not far away We have converted an old workshop especially for you, equipped with underfloor heating, TV, Wi-Fi and high-quality mattresses for a good night's sleep.

Our vacation home is located in the vacation resort Birkenhain on the outskirts of the seaside resort Trassenheide in a quiet and sheltered location. In the middle of a birch grove, on about 500 square meters of separate, non-visible property surrounded by a hedge, lies our idyllic Swedish wooden house.
