The large garden is also available to my guests. A great starting point for visiting "our" picturesque lake, Milan, and neighboring Switzerland with Lugano.

Exquisitely refurbished farmhouse, conveniently situated only a 4-minute drive from both the lake and the charming town of Cernobbio. This villa offers stunning lake vistas from the expansive sun deck adjoining each bedroom, as well as from the spacious yard adorned with olive, pomegranate, and cherry trees. The property features a delightful shaded pergola, ideal for al fresco dining with loved ones. Inside, the house boasts a roomy living area, complemented by a convenient parking space.

A Jewel of Lake View

The house is located in the beautiful and quiet town of Tosnacco (upper part of Moltrasio), which is one of the nicest little towns along lake Como and quite close to the center of Como. From the public free parkings it is a ca. 200m walk up to my house - might be unconvenient with huge luggage. To compensate for the climb, there is a spectacular lakeview from the balcony. Down to the church and center of Moltrasio with restaurants and little supermarket it is a ca. 10 minutes walk.

The wall on the lake

In the historical context of the 1700s, a ground floor home with lake view. Renovated and furnished with Italian design accessories. The kitchen carved into the Moltrasio rock keeps the environment cool in the summer months. Bedroom with walk-in closet and master bathroom. Living room with sofa bed and bathroom. Both are equipped with TV, wifi, and floor heating. There is a public stone terrace in front of the house. The tourist tax (€2.50 per person) is excluded from the price.

This penthouse has a fantastic view as the windows overlook the lake, right in front of Villa Pliniana. The apartment is part of an old, renovated late 19th century villa. Ideal for relaxing, listening to the sound of the waves of the lake, which lap the house. It is located in the center of the typical village of Carate Urio, opposite the cafeteria, pharmacy, two grocery stores and the C10 and C20 bus stop. public parking is in front of the house entrance

Lakeviewcabin - Studio With Lake View

The Studio is located right in front of the town of Como, with a 180 degrees view of the lake. Como city center can be reached by car, bike, bus, or even by ferry-boat- as a public ferry-boat transportation service is available. This service -located 50 meters from our property- will take you directly to Como city center in 8 minutes and to the other destinations of the lake. This loft is located on a quiet road, just ten minutes walk from the beautiful Torno's Harbour where you will find bars and restaurants. The town of Como is only 7km away and it is easily reachable by bus or by boat. At the moment Torno's Harbour is closed for maintenance. According to the authorities, it should be reopened the first week of May.
