Located in the heart of the village of Zubia 3 km from Granada. It is a house of 300 square meters, full of charm, where every detail of its original era has been preserved with care. Beautifully located a 2 minute walk from the Rio Genil river and Canales Lake and a 10 minute walk or 5 minute drive from the nice mountain village of Guejar Sierra, the house makes a great base for exploring the highly variable local area at all times of year. 30mins drive to the ski resort or Granada city and 1hrs drive to the beach.

Our 108m2 house is located in the Albaycín neighbourhood, in the heart of Granada. The house is well connected to the main tourist attractions of the city, for instance: -Plaza Nueva at 200 m -Cathedral and Gran Vía Street at 450 m. -Calle Elvira at 250 m It also has a private terrace to enjoy spectacular views of the Alhambra and the whole city! Area full of restaurants and bars. Bus and taxi stops within easy reach. For 4 guests, it is the ideal place to get knowing Granada!

A 10-minute drive from the historic center and the Alhambra, 30 minutes from the Sierra Nevada ski resort, and 50 minutes from the Costa Tropical.

Detached house with 150m2 of patio and garden in two terraces and small private pool. The house, 180m2, has on the ground floor living room, distributor, dining room, kitchen and toilet; upstairs three bedrooms, two bathrooms, distributor, laundry and cleaning room. All rooms overlook the garden of the house, some to the Alhambra and Sierra Nevada, and a bedroom to the Placeta del Conde and the garden of our neighbors. There are two smoke and carbon monoxide detectors.

Casa Amaranta

Casa Amaranta is a charming little house located on the edge of the Poqueira Ravine. It has wonderful views from the rooms of the house. The cozy atmosphere with a decoration full of details, invite you to spend a few days of tranquility and peace in Capileira. The house was originally the block of a family home and has been carefully restored. The Climalit windows were installed in September 2017, as were the hot water heater and ceramic hob.

You will love my place because it is the perfect place to spend a few days of tranquility and enjoy the pleasant walks along the Mamut route. My accommodation is good for couples, families (with children), and pets. The owners live near the cortijo for any incident or need. Accommodation for up to 4 people. The pool is for the exclusive use of guests, is not shared, and is operational from April to October
