This is a semi-detached house in a neighborhood with thatched houses and unobstructed views of the Achterwasser. Lot size 1200 m². The offered apartment in the semi-detached house consists of the entrance hall on the first floor, the upper floor and attic and has a living area of 80 m². On the ground floor is the summer studio of the painter Kerstin Langer. In the other half of the semi-detached house there is another apartment (Kielhus).

From here you can take long walks to the two well-kept sandy beaches (approx. 10 minutes). It is also very suitable as a starting point for a variety of bike tours. The bright, friendly apartment with living/bedroom and children's room, kitchen and bathroom is located separately in a historic, reed-covered farmhouse directly on the Bodden with views of the Schoritzer Wiek. It is located on the second floor, is cozy and simply furnished. The beauty and tranquility of my home is remarkable. I am on site as a host and have my art workshop here.
