Fantastic location for all the things we were looking for in a holiday, the Beach is a Stones through away, Railway Station within walking distance. Would highly recommend this Gem of an Apartment as a base for discovery.

The apartment is fantastic! The view from the terrace overlooking the mountains is spectacular, with sunshine from morning until evening. Check-in was easy, and Raphael and Elia responded very quickly to any messages. The kitchen is well equipped with everything you need for cooking. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms were clean, and the rainforest shower was a really cool extra touch. The internet was occasionally a bit unstable, but apart from that, the stay was perfect. If you're looking for a relaxing, carefree stay in nature, with plenty of hiking trails and winding mountain roads nearby, this is the place to be.

Hidden gem - I wish we would’ve planned a longer stay!!! Such a great Italian cabin in the woods, offering peace and calm and the healing power of nature. Every morning we awoke on our own - no traffic, a few birds, and the shutters kept the light out! We loved the old antique feeling of an updated WiFi home away from home.

Beautiful apartment right next to the park in Viareggio in a quiet environment. Well-furnished and equipped. Friendly host. Only a few minutes to the beach. Busy road in the vicinity. Unfortunately, a lot of trash in Viareggio, as is often the case in Italy. Beach clubs with beach access cost between 25 and 70 euros for a family. There is also a small section of the beach that is freely accessible. We can recommend the apartment for a beach holiday.

There were five of us (4 adults and one toddler) in Pietrasanta for two weeks. We felt very comfortable at the place. The house is beautiful and has a great garden with terrace. It was clean and there was everything you could ever need. Only the way to the beach and into town was a little longer than we thought. But it was still doable with the bikes. Frederico is a very nice host. He was always available, kind and helpful. Checking in and out was very straightforward. All in all, we had a great time here and can definitely recommend the cottage. Great experience in Italy - me and my family really enjoyed the stay. Never managed to get bored as there is so much to do in the area around the town. The parking space was really helpful 👌Special thanks to our lovely hosts who were sooo helpful and easy going. Grazie and see you next time guys

We had a great time at Carlo and Elena's. The fenced garden and swimming pool were a real plus. Not to mention all the little touches Carlo was able to have for us, and even a gift for our little puppy. The place is peaceful surrounded by mountains with beautiful views. We would recommend this house and its host because everything was perfect!
