Living room equipped with a large comfortable sofa bed, cable TV and Wi-Fi. Fully-equipped kitchen. Mezzanine bedroom with 160 x 200 bed. Bathroom with shower and bathtub overlooking the garden. Equipped for families and children.

House on the banks of the Loing, from 1 to 6 guests. Large wooded garden of 900 m2 on the shore, private pontoon, swimming, fishing, walking (waterfront secured by a barrier). charcoal barbecue (charcoal not included), garden furniture. The house consists of a veranda dining room, a fully equipped kitchen (gas, oven, washing machine...), a bathroom, a bedroom with a 160 cm bed, a living room with fireplace and 2 sofa beds, and a travel cot. Great for a chic, relaxing, calm and zen country stay!

This quiet and friendly place is ideal for a stay with family or friends. In a harmonious setting located a stone's throw from the Loing Canal, water points and close to the Fontainebleau forest (15min drive). The house is a 5-minute walk from the town centre, where you will find a grocery shop, a bakery, a tobacconist's, a restaurant and a pharmacy. You will have access to the entire property, as well as a garden shared with the terraced house where I live. Parties are strictly forbidden.

The Marais de Larchant, a labyrinth of canals with a view on the medieval Saint Mathurin basilica, lies just West of the Fontainebleau forest, close to the famous bouldering spot of la Dame Jouanne. The house rented is fully independent, with 5 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, 1 kitchen, 1 dining room and a large drawing room. It has its own linen, kitchenware and cutlery. It also has its own internet connection. We'd be happy to host you (English spoken) !

A peaceful rural hideaway on the edge of the 25000 hectare Fontainebleau forest famous for its boulders. Shops 5 min. walk. The train station with direct trains to Paris Gare de Lyon every hour is a 10 min. walk away. 2.50€ a ride. Free parking at station. 55 min. train ride to the heart of Paris.
