Elegant farmhouse nestled in the hills of Monferrato. The independent accommodation for guests, made from the barn, is complete with a living room with kitchen, comfortable bathroom and large and bright room with a double bed and a square and a half bed ideal for a couple, family or group of friends, up to 3/4 people. “La casa del bucato” was so called because it is located near the wash house that once (and sometimes still today) was used by the women of the village to do laundry, “l'ansiva” in fact. This small but cozy house, fully accessible, with attention to the smallest details to lull you in the mountain charm, consists of a single room that houses a double bed, a kitchenette and a bathroom and overlooks the outdoor area equipped as a solarium.

The accommodation is located in an ancient stone building once used as a stable with an adjoining barn. The building is located on top of a hill from which you can enjoy a wide 360-degree view of the surrounding landscape, dotted with vineyards and medieval villages. In addition to breakfast, you can enjoy the restaurant service based on local products accompanied by the PDO wines (white and red) we produce.
