The apartment is on the mezzanine floor of a very charming Lombard Baroque-style building, and is completely renovated. The floors are in marble cast in mosaic or wood decorated with inlays, there are vintage chandeliers, stucco and original wood paneling of the house completely renovated. The square footage is very large and comfortable. The apartment consists of: a large double living room with TV connected to super fast fiber internet and a large and comfortable sofa, connected by an arch to the dining room with table and 8 chairs. The kitchen with table for 8/10 people, has induction burners, oven, dishwasher, is perfectly equipped and functional. There are four bedrooms. Two are double (one overlooking the very quiet internal courtyard and one on the street). The two single bedrooms (one overlooking the street and one on the courtyard) can be equipped with a single bed or two beds as needed. The bathroom, completely new, is equipped with a spacious glass shower cabin, and wooden parquet flooring. The apartment is also connected, by means of a wonderful spiral staircase in decorated wrought iron, to a large tavern with a fully renovated bathroom, large glass shower cabin, washing machine, drying rack, ironing board.

Newly renovated, charming studio of 26m2, ideal for young couple or single. Armchair bed available for any third person very in confidence (the shower is in the center of the room, and also acts as a light point). Bed 140 raised. Kitchenette.
