Está en la planta baja (aunque hay 9 escalones de acceso al edificio), y comparte jardín y piscina con los otros dos apartamentos, Adalberti y Caeruleus. Dispone de un gran salón-comedor-cocina con todas las comodidades, Smart TV de 50 pulgadas, sofá cama con dos plazas, chimenea eléctrica… Además, cuenta con una bonita habitación que incluye una cómoda cama “King Size” y está conectada a una espectacular terraza que comunica las dos estancias, ideal para disfrutar del aire libre en un gran espacio independiente y de uso exclusivo con vistas a la piscina, el arroyo de las casas y unas estupendas vistas del pueblo. Access to the plot and outdoor areas are shared, and we will be happy to have you so close, but at the same time, with all the privacy of being on different and independent floors
