Holiday rentals with beach access in Monmouth County

Edward was very responsive to all of our inquiries, and tried to make our stay as comfortable as possible.

Justin and Nik were great hosts! Their place is in a great location and perfect for a large group (we were 8). It was clean, comfortable and made us feel right at home. J&N went above and beyond - they communicated clearly before our arrival, checked in on us during the stay, and when I messaged them to ask if they had a speaker we could use they answered right away that they didn’t have one (which was totally ok) but an hour later they surprised us with one and some sunscreen. It made the weekend extra special to have great hosts. We look forward to staying with them again!

My friends and I had a wonderful stay while visiting for the Sea Hear Now music festival! Tami was very helpful and very communicative throughout our stay. The place was perfect and everything we needed for our weekend getaway!

We have stayed at several lovely places in Highlands, NJ, and this one was far and away our favorite. Amazing location near the beach, gorgeous water views from the kitchen table, and a wonderfully stocked kitchen. Check-in was easy and the location can’t be beat! The mattresses were so comfortable and it was quiet, so we slept really well. We took the Seastreak ferry, so we didn’t have a car, but everything was walkable. The deck and yard were great, with extraordinary water views and even some nesting birds! The hosts were wonderfully responsive and lovely, giving good recommendations. We enjoyed reading some of the books and magazines and playing some of the games. It was a delightful stay, all-around.

This is our 2nd stay with Chris and Nell, we love the location and the swim spa, the king bed and linens, the outdoor shower, convenience, location and parking. The unit itself is cozy, but modern, clean, perfect for our weekend stays. As hosts, Chris and Dell are very responsive and proactive. We hope to stay here again!

We really enjoyed our stay here! Having the pool was fantastic and the house was bigger than I anticipated when I booked. What a little oasis. Appreciated the parking at the house and the side street parking. Loved the quick access to other shore towns. A great find overall.

This truly beautiful Victorian home had everything we needed for a relaxing weekend visit. Very comfortable bedrooms and baths, nicely decorated and furnished home with all the amenities. Great location and close to everything we wished to visit during our stay. Our stay at the Mermaid Manor was quiet and comfortable and we look forward to staying again on our next Manasquan visit. Gururaj was an excellent host. Communicated quickly and efficiently. We are from the area and had to find somewhere to stay last minute as we were getting work done to our home and it was not safe for us to be there. Gururaj was more than accommodating and super friendly.

Super spacious and great place. More than enough space for our family of 6. My best friend was getting married so it was a great walkable location for a long weekend at the beach. I’ll definitely book it again next year for a long weekend just to visit.

My stay at Kiran's was pleasantly memorable; she was kind, attentive, and accommodated my late check-in. Right off the bat, I had good feelings of safety and comfort- felt right at home. The bed was comfy and clean, with a lovely updated bathroom. Quiet night, and the morning was made wonderful by her thoughtful and delicious warm muffin. She's very attentive and thoughtful, and I wouldn't hesitate to book again, especially for the price.

Perfect location for a quick get away and so thrilled we could bring our furry loved ones. Eoin was kind and prompt with communication. The location is walking distance to all you could need. It was a quiet and peaceful few days.

Charleen and Nick were perfect hosts. We were in town for a music festival and they were very accommodating of our unique schedule. The stay was lovely. The beach and boardwalk are only a block away and we took full advantage!

We had a great time at the house! Everything was as listed. AJ was responsive and reached out with clear instructions on check in and house tips. The location was amazing, so close to the beach, and the neighbors in the rest of the house were very friendly. We loved chilling on the porch, and the quietness of Ocean Grove with the proximity of the more busy town of Asbury only about 3/4 of a mile away is perfect! Thanks again and we wil surely be looking to book again in the future!

Stephanie's place made for a great weekend with a few friends. The space itself was super clean and well laid out, comfortably accommodating five adults. It was ideally located a quick three blocks from the boardwalk and the several restaurants in the area. Street parking was fairly easy to come by and free if parking in the proper areas. The host was incredibly helpful in communicating local updates affecting parking as well as providing check-in info in a timely manner. They included beach passes and chairs which made beach time all that better. All in all this was a great find and made for a comfortable stay for our weekend. Would totally recommend for anyone looking for a nice rental in AP! Thank you for hosting!
