House holiday rentals in Monroe Lake

stayed here for a month of work and it was the best place I've ever stayed at so far. host's are super responsive and always checking in to see if you need anything. would definitely recommend staying here.

This was my second time staying here, and it was another terrific experience. Kelly is a great host. The house is exactly as described and shown. The location is perfect; close to the IU campus, restaurants, and various activities within the area.

Our group loved our stay and the pool! Plenty of room for all of us- lots of beds/sleeping space, plenty of seating options in the living areas, enough room for us to all eat together. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The apartment was great and the most complete in terms of amenities I’ve ever stayed in. Everything you could possibly need was already there, which made the stay incredibly comfortable. The hosts were always attentive, responsive, and ready to help with anything at any time. Truly a perfect experience from start to finish. Highly recommended!

Great place for families to stay. Next to a park with a creek that my kids loved exploring. Near IU’s campus. Lots to do in the area.

Our last minute stay to celebrate our college friend’s engagement was nothing short of perfect! It was so close to downtown, had snacks, was very clean, and just the right size for all of us. I would without a doubt stay again! It was so unique and had great decor. We were so happy with our stay!

Michael’s place had several areas for us to hang out in, the house was SUPER clean, his instructions were super clear and concise, he was very responsive, and the overall cost was not bad at all. :)!

A wonderful place, great for a girls weekend. Very spacious for daughters, mothers, grandmothers, aunts and cousins to gather, shop and enjoy some quiet time!

Austin was a great host and super accommodating. This was our second stay at the house and it has worked out perfectly for us. We would absolutely stay there again.

Sabrina’s place was very nice and clean. She is very attentive to the needs of travelers. The kitchen is well appointed, we weren’t there long enough to appreciate all the touches. If in Bloomington again I wouldn’t hesitate to book again.

It was our second time here and everything was great just like last time! Michael is very responsive and even helped us out by bringing a card table to use. He makes everything easy!

Highly recommend this place! My husband and I were amazed of how great the house was. We both felt safe and comfortable. The house has a style that gives Boho vibes. Which we loveddd!!! Jaci, was such an amazing host. She was communicative and provided clear instructions.

The whole house is amazing and Aaron and Karin added extra touches which I really appreciate! But the beds! They are THE BEST!!! Y’all! I’m staying here every single time I come to B-Town from now on!!!!

Our family had a great few days away here! The house & surroundings were very peaceful & relaxing.

The historic connection of the house to a music legend was just a quirky thing to share in our family chat while finding a convenient place to spend the night on a U.S. Highway 50 nostalgia trip. I got much more than I expected, including a new appreciation for John Mellencamp’s music. Took me back to the seventies when I was raising my now very grownup kids. First thing I saw was a dad walking his little boy home from a nearby elementary school! Everything keeping the time period of the home intact while keeping it comfortable and easy to live in. I felt at home. Kevin went out of his way to provide little extras. I had everything I needed, even bottled water and bananas! Easy to find, get in and out, a driveway! Easiest checkout instructions I ever got (smiles). My visit made me love the town of Seymour. I will come back.

Our stay at Nick's place was great. The beds were comfy, the house was clean, and it was only a few minutes from Karst Park, for our soccer games!

Perfect for a weekend in downtown Columbus and perfect pricing making it worth way more than booking multiple hotel rooms.

The feeling of complete privacy in the most beautifully tended property that is both unique and so special, truly has this Airbnb as one of my very favorites. It is just minutes from downtown and so easy to feel right at home! I cannot wait to revisit in the near future!!
