La cuisine est bien équipée et le studio est confortable, avec un clim pour l'été et chauffage pour l'hiver. Très bien située pour découvrir la region et parc naturel: les randonnées, vélo sur la Voie Verte, canoë, cheval, baignade, canyoning, les vignobles (Faugeres, St Chinian), restaurants excellents ou simplement apprecie le calme chez nous a côté de la piscine en été (juin-sept).

The accommodation is in a hamlet at the confluence of the Jaur, the Orb, and the Gorges d'Heric, with access to swimming 5 minutes' walk away. You can also participate in various activities: hiking, climbing, mountain biking, canoeing... It consists of a large bedroom with a 140 bed and a beautiful living room with an equipped kitchen

Chic Southern French Retreat, Pool, Views, Nature

L'Annexe is a comfortable, cosy and romantic cottage situated on the edge of the scenic village of Mons, right on a walking trail that leads to the Gorges d'Héric or up the Caroux mountain. It's 10 minute walk down to heart of the village where there are several restaurants, a café, a grocery store, tourism office and a weekly market. From the Kitchen-living space you have direct access to the paved patio under the vines and kiwi tree. The shared, unheated pool is open from April till October.

Set in the vineyards of the Haut Languedoc National Park, the medieval hamlet of Soumartre is an oasis of peace. Overlooking a beautiful wooded valley, this charming and characterful 17th century rural retreat has been renovated to provide a lovely holiday home. There's plenty of wild swimming in rivers and lakes, with the beach 30 mins away. Excellent dining and shops in nearby villages and towns. Explore the land of the Cathars, enjoy great walking and star-gazing under a clear night sky.

Under our timber-framed house, we rent out a 25m² studio with a private 12m² terrace, a picnic table with a parasol, and an electric plancha. The accommodation was built in 2019. . Enjoy a magnificent view of the valley, the Orb River, and the mountains. Located in the heart of the Haut Languedoc Regional Park, you can experience canyoning, climbing, mountain biking, hiking, and canoeing. Whether by bike or on foot, you can explore the Greenway . the key to the fields & its large enclosed garden

This cottage is very warm and spacious, in a closed and wooded plot of 2000 m², with great views of the surrounding mountains. It is adorned with wood like a chalet, with its bar and an open fireplace that makes it very friendly and welcoming. It consists of 4 rooms, living room/kitchen/dining room, 1 main bedroom, + 1 extra bedroom, 1 bathroom and 2 toilets. The Caroux Cocoon

Small cozy nest freshly renovated at the foot of the Caroux, in the hamlet of La Coste on the heights of Mons la Trivalle. Access to a cellar for your bikes. Ideally located for hikers or for a quiet stay. The Gorges d'Héric are accessible within a 15-minute walk by a mountainside trail. No pets are allowed, the accommodation remains modest in size and with parquet flooring. Bed linen (190 x 140) and bath towels can be provided upon request.

Authentic and modern Martinoles cottages

You will be welcomed in the heart of nature preserved in an old sheepfold renovated into atypical accommodation. Upstairs is a large 70 m2 living room with a lounge, an equipped kitchen and a living room. Plus a toilet. On the ground floor, 3 bedrooms including a master suite, a bathroom and a separate toilet. Outside, you can enjoy a large naturally shaded terrace, garden furniture, plancha, and pétanque court.

You will have easy access, on foot, to the bike path, and the various activities offered by the site.
