Spend the day kayaking, walking or cycling in the mountains, enjoying the largest spa in Portugal (20 mins), & exploring historic villages and cities, then come home to relax in a hammock in the orchard, soak up views from the bath, or chillout to vintage vinyl. We live on site, but the apartment is totally private, being the whole upper floor & with own entrance.

Este cantinho especial e acolhedor foi edificado inicialmente a 1930, pela avó Rosa e pelo avô Francisco. Atualmente reformulado e atualizado, procurámos manter os valores e as pedras estruturais que tanto suportaram esta casa e as gerações que aqui viveram ao longo dos anos. Surrounded by the Açor and Estrela Mountains, Tryhouse is located in the small village of Chãs d’Égua, in the parish of Piódão. Inside an old shale haystack, a new, more contemporary and welcoming space has emerged. It is a studio that extends outside, where there are dining and leisure areas.
