Place exactly as described and very clean. Rob and Chris were responsive and helpful hosts. Location is quiet and private. Rob and Chris generously leave supplies, butter, bread, cheese and milk in the fridge. And a bottle of wine, all much appreciated after a long trip. A very nice touch was the vase of fresh flowers from their garden. The station is a bit of a walk, but nearby buses take you to Box Hill. Would recommend this place to anyone wanting to stay in Surrey Hills.

Amazing place to stay throughout my Melbourne trip :) Apartment located in a very convenient location where shops and Box hill Central , train station and bus stop is just within 5mins walks. Everything is well maintained and prepared in the apartment, feels like home ! :)

Jimmy’s place was quiet, safe and very clean. Lovely neighbourhood for walking. Check in was easy, room had everything I needed and had access to a microwave and fridge. A responsive host-I didn’t get a chance to meet other guests but they seemed to be clean and quiet.Nice place to rest and read.

We had a wonderful stay last night. The host was incredibly friendly and provided clear check-in instructions, including detailed information about parking, making it very easy to find the place. The room was spotless, well-organised, and very comfortable. The value for money was excellent. We would definitely recommend this place and would love to stay again!
