Charmant duplex, entièrement climatisé et rénové, dans une maison individuelle. Vue exceptionnelle sur la mer et la Baie des Anges. Soleil toute la journée jusqu’au coucher du soleil depuis la jolie terrasse. Au sein d'une voie privée qui vous conduit directement à la plage (env 3 min à pied), au port (env 7 min à pied) et au tramway. Un logement atypique à proximité du centre ville. Aucun contact avec d'autres résidents. Parking gratuit sur place réservé aux riverains dans la voie privée.

Véritable Havre de Paix, votre séjour y sera très agréable et romantique .Les plages sont à 300m (10/15 minutes à pied ) .Les commerces sont à proximité . Le parking est gratuit dans la rue. With its large sunny terrace facing the sea and the port, this typically quiet Niçoise apartment will surely charm you. A stone's throw from the castle hill (and its beautiful view of the Bay of Angels), beaches, Old Nice and the flower market Direct access by tram 2 (Port Lympia terminus) from the airport or tram 1 from the train station (Garibaldi).

Great location, exceptional views of Villefranche

As a resident of Paris, I love coming to this Paradise of Villefranche sur mer. I enjoyed renovating, equipping and decorating this apartment in 2019 to make it as pleasant as possible. Now my greatest pleasure is to have my coffee when you wake up on the terrace in front of this magnificent view of Cap Ferrat. Its central location close to the old town, the port and all amenities, its elevator and municipal parking at the foot of the building are also a plus.
