En Bord de petit torrent avec des biches A 5 min en voiture des Houches, à 10 min de Chamonix, à 1h de Genève. Easy access by road to the chalet. 2 kms from Les Houches and 10 kms from Chamonix. Parking just behind the chalet A fully renovated old chalet. With all modern comfort ( inc Sauna for 3 ) and top decoration. A unique view on the MontBlanc chain. The chalet is in the hamlet of Coupeau, in the forest above Les Houches, with exceptional views of Mont Blanc. It's a 5-minute drive to Les Houches, 10 minutes to Chamonix, and an hour to Geneva.

Mazot year 1986 of 15 m2 with a mezzanine of 7 m2. Possibility to sleep in the 2-seater sofa bed downstairs or in the 2-seater mezzanine bed. One bedroom apartment ideally located in a quiet street in the heart of the village of Saint Gervais. A 15 minutes walk to Le Bettex ski lift, It is close to all amenities including the tourist office and the ski school. The free shuttle to the Bettex ski lift is just down the road. (With a surface area of 39 m2, it can accommodate up to 2 adults and 2 children or 3 adults (because the size of the sofa bed mattress is 140cm*180cm). The apartment also has a ski locker.

Also, this is the last year Le Cabin de Cerro will be available to book on Airbnb. April 2026 the cabin will undergo an extension and will no longer be a tiny home.

Pleasant 25 m2 single-story studio in an old farmhouse typical of the valley. Views of the Mont Blanc range. In a quiet area a short walk to Chamonix. A parking space (uncovered) is available. The entrance to the studio is through a private courtyard. Located a 3-minute walk to the bus station (no need to use your car) free shuttles throughout the valley. 5 minutes from the start of the Aiguille du Midi cable car and 10 minutes from the city center and its shops.
