You will enjoy its large outdoor space, its large 10x5 m heated and covered swimming pool, open from March 15 to November 30, as well as a hot tub available all year round. You will also enjoy a comfortable space inside the house with its 5 bedrooms, one on the ground floor, and 3 bathrooms.

Former farmhouse in the Alpes Mancelles, with beautiful beams, fireplaces... + a natural garden: wild plants and fruit trees. Located on the edge of the Normandy-Maine Regional Nature Park, the house is on a hiking trail, a 5-minute walk from the forest. (This path leads to the Chapelle du Chêne, a medieval tree renowned for its miracles) And 6 km away are Lake Coco-Plage (swimming, activities) and the spectacular Saut du Cerf canyon in the vast Sillé forest.

The Cottage Belmontais is located in the historic center of the village of Beaumont sur Sarthe with easy access to all services and free parking nearby. The accommodation is fully equipped as well as a terrace with a view and accessible to the river and a wooded garden. We offer breakfast on request 5€/pers.
