Our cottage is located on Lake Memphremagog, an international lake shared with Canada. Visit our nearby hobby farm/children’s museum. Kayak, bike or hike to stunning natural settings or take day trips to a variety of interesting destinations, including maple sugar shops, alpaca or dairy farms, golf courses, a ski resort with indoor waterpark; or cross the Canadian border a few miles away and explore Quebec. A boat dock is available for use at our cottage with an access ramp a 1/4 mile away.

Champlain Cottage

Take a break and unwind at this peaceful oasis on lake Champlain right off interstate I89 on the Canadian border in a private estate with 6 beach accesses throughout, also a boat ramp for fisherman!! ICE fishing as well, (ask me about an ice fishing shanty rental) Very nice quiet neighborhood, watch the beautiful sunsets at the waterfront next to a nice cozy camp fire on the beach or on the deck grilling food and playing corn-hole, great WIFI connection. Come enjoy your stay.

We are pleased to welcome you to the Gîte des Arts, a peaceful place located in front of a small ecological lake, in the middle of the forest. It's the perfect place to rest, recharge and enjoy the activities of the region. Unique works of art, created by local artists, are exhibited in the cottage. Close by is the Missisquoi Wildlife Refuge, Alburg Dunes State Park, ski resorts, Burlington for fine dining and nightlife, the famous Lake Champlain Islands, and Canada.

Our eco-friendly mini-house is situated on 90 acres of land. Explore the forest and surroundings. We are located 7 minutes from Bromont ski resort, Lake side, and 20 minutes from Mont Sutton. The place is very peaceful. We have running water with a small hot water tank, electricity and a compostable toilet We provide all biodegradable soaps N.B. the address was not entered correctly, it is 17 Picard Street, Lac Brome (Fulford) J0E1S0

Walking distance to restaurants and shops downtown Bromont. 3-4 minutes driving distance to the ski hill and aquatic park. 5 minutes driving distance to Centre équestre de Bromont. 15 minutes driving distance to Granby zoo. There is 2 hot tubs available all year from 9:00 to 22:00 and a heated salted pool from June 1st to September 15th.
