A l'étage climatisé, 2 grandes chambres mansardées et une belle salle d'eau. Ce gîte propose terrasse privée, grand parc arboré et ombragé, aire de jeux enfants, piscine privé. idéal pour se détendre.

19th century winemakers' house that has been completely restored and modernised whilst painstakingly preserving its original features. The property consists of 4 ensuite bedrooms - three of which have views over the town's château gardens. Other areas include roof terrace with views over the lagoon, spacious salon with fully equipped kitchen and large dining table. The house is a short stroll to the town's beaches, portside restaurants and twice weekly outdoor market.

Fonctionnelle, vous y trouverez 2 chambres avec lits doubles, dont 1 est attenante à la salle d'eau avec wc, ainsi qu'une kitchenette toute équipée avec canapé et télévision. A l'extérieur vous trouverez un coin terrasse avec salon de jardin et barbecue sur demande. Votre place de parking se trouve juste devant le logement.

You'll enjoy the private pool to cool off, a large terrace, and hiking trails for strolls. Three bedrooms with double beds and an office with a double bed. You'll have books, a video projector in the living room, and board games to liven up your evenings. A very spacious and charming kitchen is perfect for hosting meals with friends.

Located on the square of this beautiful village of Cazouls d'Hérault, where the river is accessible from the house with nice little walks without taking the car. 50 m from the house there is a park with a boules court and children's games open to all. In the House you will find all the dishes you would need, I leave some products products available: coffee, pods, oil, vinegar, salt, pepper, sugar.

Close to Pézenas, the Domaine de l'Hortevieille, surrounded by its vineyards, welcomes you to its gîte with a capacity of 8 people.
