Swimming pool (7x4m), spa (2/4 p. with bubbles), summer kitchen (plancha), dining/living area, ping-pong table, trampoline, children's area (hut, etc.) and bowling alley available (self-service). Walking distance to many restaurants, shops, antique shops, ice cream places, bakeries, wine shops, street market on Sats and etc. The pied-à-terre has its quirkinesses: possibly dated back from the 17th century, there is no document of that but the construction is similar to the church which is also 17th century. 20 min from the beach. 40 min from Montpelier airport. Near Bezier, Montpelier, Carcassonne… and many others.
