The accommodation has a south-west facing terrace. The apartment is located 6 km above Albertville, about 45 minutes from the first ski resorts, 6 km from the Tamié pass and 45 minutes from Lake Annecy. A bakery, a butcher shop and a small grocery store are within walking distance, 300 metres from the accommodation.

In summer and winter, you can enjoy many outdoor activities. There's plenty to do in the way of culture. Not accessible for people with limited mobility.
