El Mayorazgo is a rural tourism complex made up of three full rental houses, located in one of the most unique buildings in Cordovilla de Aguilar from which it takes its name. Originally from the 17th century, it is a complex mix of buildings that welcomed all the uses and needs of the rural agricultural and livestock economy of this area. A careful rehabilitation has resulted in three homes with very different personalities, based on a respectful transformation.

A rural stone and adobe house, ideal for families or friends, in the central area of the Palentina Mountain, with all amenities. Individual garden of 155 m2 overlooking the Peña Redonda, symbol of the area, and 3,000 m2 of land. Surrounded by nature as we are the last house in town. You will enjoy nature, silence, and the stars. OUR HOUSE IS PET FRIENDLY.

La Casa del Patio in the heart of Potes

Two-story house in the heart of Potes' old town, with a terrace and interior patio. On the ground floor, it has a bedroom with a double bed: 1.50 × 1.90 and a bathroom. Upstairs, it has a living room-kitchen with a fireplace and sofa bed, an auxiliary space with a convertible armchair bed, and a terrace overlooking the house's interior patio.
