Brand new independent beach front bungalow, 2 steps to the beach and beautiful sunsets on your balcony. Located in La Punta zone, a residential and the best area of Montanita with restaurants, surf shops, yoga place, and the surf point where you catch the best waves in town. The main strip/downtown where the bars and clubs are is a short walk distance around 5 mins, far enough for a good night sleep.

Very spacious and comfortable house. silence and birds. you see the sun rise in summer from bed. 600 mts from the beach, 1.5 km from Manglaralto and 4km from Montañita. Close to everything but no neighbors😎 There are 2 bicycles 1 cat lives here / but Andres - who works at home - feeds her, comes to water the plants and take out the trash . - you can also ask him for bottles of water.
