Mas Costa

Surrounded by forested hills and fields, this is a perfect location for anyone who loves nature and tranquility. The area is famous for its bike paths, numerous hiking trails, birdwatching and historical landmarks. We also live on the property, in the small detached house. The surrounding area is shared with our family as we attend our vegetable gardens and care for the animals. Parties and events with loud music and excessive alcohol are strictly forbidden, as it is not suited or acceptable.

Gîte - Casa del Gat

50 m2 gîte (duplex) with terrace and private garden for a quiet holiday. The cottage is 35 minutes from the sea, (Argelès-Plage), 35 minutes from the Spanish border and 1.5 hours from Font Romeu and its ski resorts. Capacity 4 people max. The city of Perpignan is 20 km (25 min) away, and Thuir with all its shops is 10 minutes away. Small shops in Fourques, 3 km from the gîte: doctor, pharmacy, SPAR (supermarket), Post Office, ATM. The ancient Bergerie, is situated away from the main house and has been recently renovated to luxury specs. Fall asleep to the sound of the river and wake to gentle birdsongs in the forest and meadow. It is surrounded by 9 hectares (25 acres) of private forests, rivers, canyons and numerous walking routes. The Bergerie has access to a natural pool fed by continuously flowing spring water.
