Accommodation located on the first floor of a villa, quiet, and close to amenities. It is at the foot of the village of Callian, one of the hilltop villages of the Pays de Fayence. Many hiking sites are nearby (Estérel, Gorges du Verdon, Préalpes de Grasse) as well as Lac de Saint-Cassien and Lac de Sainte Croix. The highway is 15 minutes away, providing access to the beaches of Mandelieu and Saint-Raphaël in 30-40 minutes.

Beautiful spacious apartment with stunning view.

Set in the hilltop village of Montauroux, the apartment is 50m from the charming square. The living area is large with high ceilings and the terrace has a stunning view over the whole valley and mountains of the Alpes Martimes. It's decorated with pieces from my travels all over the world, particularly Asia where I've spent the last 28 years. It's spacious but cosy.

A patio area features elegant outdoor seating under large umbrellas, surrounded by meticulously arranged flower pots. The beautiful landscape unfolds beyond, showcasing rolling hills and a clear sky, offering serene views that enhance the outdoor experience.
