The Hill House

Relax in an apartment on the ground floor of a house that opens onto a large courtyard with views of the surrounding hills. Located in the heart of the Drôme des Collines, 50 minutes south of Lyon, 5 minutes from Châteauneuf de Galaure and 10 minutes from the Postman's Ideal Palace in Hauterives, 20 minutes from the Crozes Hermitage vineyards. Enjoy an environment combining serenity and fresh air, ideal for walks, bike rides, with the Vercors and the mountains in sight.

Le belvédère - Independent gîte

The cottage is an outbuilding of the house. Rehabilitated in Sept 2019, you can enjoy the garden, swimming pool (subject to authorization and deposit) and a view of madness. From the peaks of the Ardèche to the foothills of the Vercors... All facing south!!!! The cottage is online on several rental platforms and classifieds sites, the calendar is always up to date. Caution: No WIFI, but 5G is present!! June 2025: A bioclimatic pergola has just arrived!! NO PARTIES!

Take time to stop in the barn, the old hay barn of our farm. Welcoming and spacious, cocooning, between stones and wood, you can rest, read, play, hike, cycle, visit, contemplate, listen to music, nature and silence... find yourself... La Fenière is in Drôme des Collines on a ridge road, overlooking the Vercors mountain range and the Ardèche mountains. The sunrises and sunsets are magical and the places are soothing.

An hour from Lyon and fifteen minutes from Annonay, come and stay in this beautiful home for a stay. Easily accessible, the cottage is located on the road between St Romain d'Ay and Ardoix, and close to the village center.
