Spacious 2-room apartment + mountain corner at the entrance, right across the street from the ski lifts of the family resort of Montclar. The + of the apartment: top floor, large balcony with nice view, very well equipped (washing machine, oven, raclette grill...), all comforts with 5 real beds (3 in the bedroom and 2 in the mountain corner + extra sofa bed). Located in Saint-Jean Montclar resort, our nice apartment is perfect to enjoy the mountain in winter and summer. It is at the 3rd and last floor of a recently renovated residence (2015), offering a lovely view of the mountain. In the heart of the resort, close to all shops and entertainment (pumptrack, ice rink, tennis, children's games ...). Ideal starting point for adventure: winter sports (chairlifts at 100m!), hiking, trail, marmots watching, mountain bike, paragliding... All for fun!

Loue un studio entièrement rénové ( 25m²) dans le bâtiment du Grand Pavois situé aux pieds des pistes de la station de St Jean Montclar à 2h de Marseille. Le logement contient un balcon avec une magnifique vue sur les montagnes et le domaine skiable. Le logement est parfait pour les couples, les voyageurs en solo et les familles. Les animaux ne sont pas acceptés. LES DRAPS NE SONT PAS FOURNIS. Le ménage doit être fait par le locataire( 40 Euros si ce n'est pas fait correctement).

We share our second home in this large comfortable studio for 4 people, summer and winter, double bed in a comfortable sofa bed, sleeping area for bunk beds, away from the living room. Bathroom with bathtub, separate toilet. In the heart of the ski resort, at the foot of the Blanche range for beautiful hikes from the building. trailer that can accommodate 1 couple in a real alcove bed and possibly a child on a futon bed. All modern comforts: microwave, oven, fridge, bathroom, internet. Stunning views of the Morgon and Dormillouse mountains. Possibility of paragliding nearby, water sports on the Ponçon greenhouse lake, white water river sports, downhill mountain biking at the resort of St Jean Montclar, hiking, mountain biking road biking.
