Welcome to my small cottage (bottom of the 26 m2 chalet on the ground floor) at 1100 m altitude located next to the equestrian center of St Geniez and in the middle of beautiful landscapes (geological reserve of the Alpes de Haute Provence, UNESCO site) with the immediate possibility of hiking, horseback riding, geological, mountain biking, paragliding or climbing... As for ping pong, barbecue, petanque, bikes, hammock and deckchairs, that's in the garden! Local producers and river not far from the cottage.

Kick back and relax in this calm, stylish space. The apartment is a fully renovated 2-room that I am renting again this year because we are living in our house. It is located in a very quiet residence. Redone with taste, I hope it will make you have a great stay in the Hautes Alpes region. You will have salt, coffee, oil, sheets, towels, sugar and everything you need for your stay. It has a small terrace overlooking a small lake and Ceuze Mountain.

trailer that can accommodate 1 couple in a real alcove bed and possibly a child on a futon bed. All modern comforts: microwave, oven, fridge, bathroom, internet. Stunning views of the Morgon and Dormillouse mountains. Possibility of paragliding nearby, water sports on the Ponçon greenhouse lake, white water river sports, downhill mountain biking at the resort of St Jean Montclar, hiking, mountain biking road biking. Peace and Quiet!!

❤Lovely apartment with mountain☀️ view and free parking.

New and spacious home. View of the mountains from the wooden terrace. The apartment located on the ground floor of our house has completely independent access. Not overlooked, free parking. Shops 400 m away, city center 5 minutes away. Note: The access staircase is irregular and has 30 steps including 10 narrow steps. Not suitable for people with limited mobility. We provide bed sheets but please remember to bring your towels.
