The house is located in Sinchignano, 200 meters from the hamlet of Siviano. The house is rustic in style. Cool in the summer, warm and cozy in the winter. Our "Palace" furnished with love.

THE HOUSE Through a wooden gate you enter a small romantic courtyard garden with outdoor dining area and Portico, which is surrounded by natural stone walls. From here you get to the kitchen-living room with dining table and wood-burner stove. On the first floor is the living room and on the 2nd floor is two bedrooms and a bathroom. From the master bedroom you can enjoy a fantastic view over the lake and Monte Baldo. In the morning, the room is flooded with sunshine.

Siviano is the quietest place on an island that has very special features: private cars cannot land, you can rent bicycles, use the public bus and above all discover it on foot. For true nature lovers, suitable for both relaxation and sports, with bike paths and hiking, being in the Gardesane prealps near the Prato della Noce Nature Reserve. The entire building is built in stone and wood, with exposed beams in all rooms; outside you will find three tables with benches where you can eat your meals or relax reading a book lulled by the lapping of the crystal clear waters of the Agna stream; it is located 15 km from Salò.

The house is very welcoming. Consisting of a studio furnished in modern style with all comforts, a kitchenette and a bathroom with shower and hot tub. All surrounded by nature and the outdoor presence of a large swimming pool for the EXCLUSIVE USE of guests. The property being close to the medieval castle is not accessible by your own means, we use our car to bring guests and luggage. However, it is a 200-meter walk in the green of the hill.

Equipped room located in Val di Ledro just 3 km from Lake Ledro, reachable in 15 minutes with electric bicycles made available free of charge for guests. In winter, the snow makes Val di Ledro an enchanted place. Nearby Monte Tremalzo is perfect for ski mountaineering or a simple snowshoe hike surrounded by nature. Not far from the property, in Val Concei, you can also go cross-country skiing.
