The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

The Tower

Lovely little house in the heart of Lerici. Situated in the oldest part of town next to the Castle, it has a view of the islands and Portovenere. The entrance to the house is through a garden, and to get there one can walk multiple paths through the oldest streets in the village, or take the public lift that takes you to the castle place. A quiet area, with two balconies, and a few minutes from shops, restaurants or the ferries that goes to the Cinque terre, Portovenere and Tellaro.

Apartment in the center of Tellaro, Liguria

Elegant apartment located in the historic center of Tellaro, a stone's throw from the sea. It is accessed through two independent entrances, from the main one you enter the bright living room, of which a part is lofted with three beds (a double sofa bed and a single one), through some steps you go down to the well-equipped kitchen/dining area and to the first bathroom with shower. The second entrance allows direct access to the double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower.
