The Villa is located in Portovenere County, on the border of 5 Terre National Park, and features an amazing 5000 m2 garden (1.3 acres) + 100 meters of private coastline line (more than 300 feet), with smooth access to the water. The villa is nestled on a cliff, overlooking from a privileged spot the Gulf of La Spezia . During 2024 and 2025 the interior of the villa was completely renovated, with top of the line materials and appliances, turning every stay into an extremely enjoyable experience.

In a private woodland, a three-level house designed in 1962 by architect Luisa Castiglioni in the modernist tradition overlooks the mouth of the Magra River and the Apuan Alps. The house is reached only on foot via 150 steps through the trees. Without air conditioning, each space has been restored in keeping with its original character—places for those seeking silence, nature, and a balanced way of living between architecture and landscape.
