We recommend having a vehicle to get around, including to access the rubbish collection point.

With a direct view of the paella rice fields, the Marjal nature reserve and the beaches of Dénia (10 min), you will find a rare combination of nature, sea and Spanish culture here. The villa consists of two independent floors, several terraces around the house and a (heated) private swimming pool.

Relax with the whole family in an incomparable setting such as the natural park of Mount Montgó in Denia, with fantastic views between the sea and the mountains. The house is an oasis of peace. Denia has miles of sandy and rocky beaches, where you can practice all kinds of water sports and from the house you can go hiking in the mountains. In the house there are also brochures with all the sports and cultural activities. Dénia is declared a UNESCO Creative City of Gastronomy.
