Holiday rentals in Monte Rio

Beautiful home overlooking the ocean and within a 5 minute drive to Dillon’s beach. We had a relaxing and restful time. The home has all the tools you need to cook your meals (there are no restaurants in the near vicinity) and even has a BBQ grill which we used one of the days. We had our dog and he enjoyed going for walks in the neighborhood and running around on the dog-friendly beach.

Collin’s place was such a cute and cozy retreat! The outdoor deck with stream was the best part of his house. Getting in and out of the driveway was a bit stressful as cars do tend to drive fast on that road, but Collin has certainly warned us about that. Collin’s description of the house, things to look out for, and local recommendations were also great! Very helpful. Would love to return some time if I can!

My husband and I stayed here with our dog for our anniversary and it absolutely exceeded expectations! Alora was an amazing host, she gave extremely detailed directions and had so much info on the surrounding area inside the house. The house itself was so cute and functional, and the view was even better than the pictures!! The glass deck around the hot tub allowed us to take in the scenery (yes, you can see and hear the ocean from the hot tub!) and it protected us from wind and the wild animals that frequented the surrounding fields. We found that if we were on the deck/in the hot tub by 7pm, we were sure to see deer and a bobcat! The deer are also present each morning! The wildlife was our favorite part and was very consistent until the weekend hit and families with kiddos showed up. Not a complaint at all, everyone was super sweet! But if you are going for the wildlife you may want to consider going during the week because the loudness of children seemed to scare them away.

We chose this cottage for our former college roommates' 3-day getaway. It was exactly what we needed. Beautiful views, a hot tub, comfortable beds, and great amenities. Bright, cheerful, clean, and the wallpaper was fun. Lovely view off the back deck. David had many recommendations for food and things to do. The road up to the place was tight, especially in an SUV so we chose to venture out only in daylight. Check-in and check-out were easy. We loved our stay!

This is the second time my husband and I stayed at Celia's Garden. We love the location which is close to Graton (walkable) and the home itself is well stocked with towels for the hot tub as well as is bright and sunny and clean. Perfect place.

We’ve stayed at this home annually for many years and we have found it to be consistently clean, well stocked, and comfortable. The beds are comfy, great kitchen, and the addition of the hot tub is a great upgrade. Kathy and Shane are very kind and are quick to respond. We will be back!

Beautiful home, as described. The fenced in front and back yard connected was perfect for furry companions. Great stay!

Wonderful location right on the bay. Deck with hot tub was the best part affording beautiful views of the bay and surrounding hills. If you’re looking for a brand-new feel on the interior this may not be the place for you as it’s a little bit dated but it was very clean and as described. Bob was very responsive and has a great selection of books and CDs!

Really enjoyed the stay at Uzma's house near Calistoga. The house is in a very private location and it's very quiet and peaceful. There is a stream that runs nearby and you hear the water as you enjoy your coffee on the deck in the morning. Great for a private getaway for a couple or even a family with kids (one of the rooms had two twin beds). It was only 10 minutes drive to get into Calistoga and was very convenient if you want to stay a little further away from town. Would recommend and would stay again.
