There are many attractions nearby, including Russian River, Safari West, Petrified Forest, various hot springs, & wineries galore to explore.

It is the master bedroom in a newly remodeled single family pool house. It has own private bathroom and a large sliding window to a separate balcony entrance that directly goes to the backyard. The house sit in a 0.33 acres of yard with multiple large decks to enjoy the quiet and nice view of the beautiful neighborhood. The dinning room and full functional kitchen is shared with three other rooms . Shared Coin laundry in the garage. It is close to hwy 101, supermarkets and restaurants.

Built in the 1930s as a country manor for a well-to-do family from San Francisco, the interior is updated with modern comforts, but retains elements of a fine country home. A stone hearth, beautiful wood paneling, wood floors and a formal dining room add to the charm. French doors open to a series of terraces leading to the river. The outdoor spaces are unmatched with stone and brick work throughout four separate outdoor living spaces!
