The Henhouse is like a tiny resort. Tiny cabin amongst the giant redwoods. one acre of Deep forest, quiet, Hot tub tucked into the forest, Koi pond, water sounds, romantic and cozy yet so very private. The Apartment is small, so cozy and cute, 300 sq ft, low ceilings, 6 ft 1”. surrounded by 300 square foot decking. Open pattern bedroom, kitchen with additional small bedroom. Russian River is a short drive, 30 min walk or hike down the hill. Two level cabin with manager in upstairs cabin.

Welcome to Old Caz Cabin! Our cozy, rustic cabin is nestled in the heart of Guerneville amongst redwoods and is a 15-min. walk to the Russian River, where you can swim, float, and boat to your hearts content. In the winter, cozy up to the wood burning stove (the main heat source), take a long walk in the neighborhood or drive 5-min. to downtown Guerneville, which has a number of shops, restaurants and bars. Our cabin is also centrally located to breathtaking hiking trails. Slow down with us!

The dock & steps to the river, as with most homes on the river, are available subject to river flow. This usually requires they be removed in October - April/early May, when flow increases. We can’t do a check-in/out on Thanksgiving or Christmas day.
