Monthly Rentals in Monte San Vito

We booked this place on short notice as we were traveling in the area. We got a very quick response from Omero and we were able to get into the accommodation within half an hour. Very friendly and good recommendation for the restaurant restaurant Villa Nappi, food was excellent! We had a problem with our car (were able to fix it again in the meantime), but Omero still wanted to help us with that even though he wouldn't have been responsible for it. Location is very quiet, beautiful views , great place to stay and very good value for money!

Very nice apartment in the centre of Chiaravalle. The check-in was very easy. The instructions and communication was clear. Coffee cups and other things still have price stickers on, which either means they are brand new or have never been washed. There was a €40 cleaning fee, so I find it excessive to also put a €50 penalty if you don’t put the dishes back where you found them when you got there. It wasn’t a problem, as we put everything back in order. Other than the idea of this, everything was good. Towels on site, nice shower, and floor heating was a big plus. I recommend staying here for anyone needing to stay somewhere in Chiaravalle.

comfortable, clean and exactly as described and as shown in the photo. The residential area is very quiet, ideal for a family and a relaxing stay away from the chaos of the city. Strategic location to reach Senigallia and other points of interest, as well as the availability of private parking, absolutely not to be underestimated. Your Host is very helpful and flexible. I would definitely go back!

Convenient location close to the airport and to restaurants and shops in town. Very easy to find, features remote/coded entry, and access up a short flight of stairs. Apartment is charming and in impeccable condition, with a great kitchen and bathroom, dining table, and comfortable bedroom and living room space. Maria Teresa was quick to respond, and friendly in all of our communication. Many thanks !
