An oasis of peace in the Umbrian hills, surrounded by olive trees, countryside and woods. The house is super cozy, ideal for spending a few days to discover the surroundings or for rest: it is equipped with everything you need and furnished very well. Daniela is super helpful and responsive. A mention also to Nazareno, the guardian of the village: a hospitable person who told us the story of the village and gave us recommendations on the area. We'd go back right away!

The property is well managed, extremely clean and equipped with every comfort, making the stay pleasant and relaxing. It is a perfect base to visit the wonderful Assisi, Perugia and the many beautiful villages of Umbria, all of which are easily accessible. A special thank you to Gianmario, the owner, for his kindness and availability in communication, and to Nazareno, the manager, who welcomed us with great warmth and attention, making us feel immediately at home. I had a fantastic experience at this Airbnb. Cristina was incredibly welcoming and responsive, making the check-in process smooth and easy. The space was exactly as described — clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared with everything we needed for our stay. I especially appreciated the little touches, like fresh towels, coffee, wine, snacks, and super helpful local recommendations. The location was perfect — close to everything we love in Umbria, but still quiet enough for a peaceful night's sleep. Communication with Cristina was excellent throughout, and she went out of her way to make sure we were comfortable and had all the information we needed. We would definitely stay here again and recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to stay close to Lake Trasimeno!
